    Waiver must be completed by parent. Bring form with you to volunteer with this dog rescue group.

    You must also print the Single Day Buddy Registration Form and complete it to take to the project. 

    This MUST be signed by a parent of everyone who is volunteering at the Rock'N' Roll Marathon Expo.
